My friend Gloria is back in the kitchen again. This time she is preparing for her Meetup -A Taste of Brazil on Sunday.
Gloria’s meetup is for anyone who loves Brazilian food or wants to try the flavors of Brazilian cuisine, while enjoying some great Brazilian music. The Brazilian tradition is to gather friends on a Sunday and listen to a live music; dancing to Samba or Bossa Nova ( Brazilian style of music) and socializing all while enjoying a great meal. This Meetup offers a little taste of Brazil, meeting new people and having a good time!
Preparation for the Meetup began Saturday night with the flan a baked custard, sometimes served with caramel sauce, and is pretty easy to make.
